The accepted applicant will be added to the existing lease for the house as a whole. House is a recently remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house near downtown Billings. New tenants would have basement space mostly to themselves which includes a bedroom, bathroom, and living space. Shared kitchen and additional living space upstairs. Large backyard to get outside as we come into spring. On sight washer and dryer. Single car garage used for storage and space for off street or on street parking. The current rent is $2200 dollars a month (does not include utilities) which will be split evenly between tenants. The current tenant is a young professional working at the hospital with normal work hours. Pets not accepted at this time. Showings will be scheduled at a time that works for existing tenant to be available and perform the showing. There is a $44 screening fee paid directly to the screening company and will only be paid with a contingent letter of acceptance. Final acceptance will be based on results of background screening.
