Hello , up for auction is a Vintage 4 String Six Sided Mountain Banjo Kit made by Hughes Dulcimer Company Denver Colorado in 1980. New Old Stock Parts Still in Original Box. This is all Mahogany Construction and Comes with Everything Pictured including Instructions , Frets , Fretboard , Neck , Top. Sides , Tuners , Bridge Material , etc. and Original Hughes Dulcimer Co. Kit and Instrument Catalog. Found some info online and this is an interesting and rare kit. With the Solid Top and Construction it has a sound similar to a Banjo mixed with a Dulcimer but with more playability. A great find and perfect addition to your collection.
