Top Skills You Should Possess:
- Project Engineering
Experience: Oil and Gas (up/mid/downstream industries): oil field production facilities, gas pipelines, gas plants, compressor stations and refineries preferred
- Ability to effectively lead multi-discipline engineering teams
What You'll Be Doing:
- 50% disciplined engineering, 50% project management and coordination
- Coordinate with multi-discipline project teams requirements, Project Leads, Discipline Leads and Resource Managers to ensure adequate manpower to meet project requirements.
- Manage projects from conceptual planning through construction, including the preparation of detail-design packages for construction contractors
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget and performance metrics
- Establish and maintain positive client relationships
- Accountability for the project's technical and commercial success
- This position will require aspects of negotiation and prioritization of work activities
- Ability to recognize and determine priorities for resources and tools
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering / Process Engineering / Construction Management
- Five (5) plus years engineering experience in an industrial setting, including two (2) plus years engineering experience as an engineering consultant or EPC contractor working in the petroleum or petrochemicals industries

Opportunity for mid-level Project Coordinators & Sr. Project Engineers
- Oil & Gas experience required. Experience with projects in up/mid/downstream industries: oil field production facilities, gas pipelines, gas plants, compressor stations and refineries preferred
- Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced work environment
- Proficiency with project schedules, budgets, estimates, and computerized project management tools
- Able to coordinate and supervise others
- Ability to negotiate resolutions to conflicting resource allocations or other project resource issues
- Knowledgeable of all EP disciplines work processes and interdependencies
