Job Details:
Works in one or more of the primary areas within the Laboratory Department to include Client Services, cytology, histology, microbiology, blood bank, hematology, chemistry and/or inventory control. Responsible to assist Technologists/Technicians in accordance with established procedures for waived laboratory testing and analytical set-up. Performs laboratory duties as instructed by the Supervisor and/or Technologist/Technician.
MINIMUM
Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent,
Advanced education in areas of science, chemistry and mathematics normally acquired through college level courses preferred,
Prior laboratory or health care experience preferred,
CPR Certification for Health Care Providers.
