Job Details:

Under general supervision, schedules, arranges and provides all audiovisual technical support for theConferenceCentermeeting rooms and guests of the MAFHCC, Billings Clinic, and Annex. Coordinates satellite reception, program recording and confirmations of meetings. Position requires knowledge of basic electronics to include but not limited to radio, TV broadcast, radio/satellite signal transmissions, video camera, audio and video systems, studio editing, microcomputers, communications network systems, and telehealth equipment.Works closely with the technical staff in Information Services, Telecommunications, and Telemedicine departments and with the catering office for food services.
MINIMUM
Qualifications:

Two (2) years specialized training/education and/or experience in an AV or information technology related field.

CPR certification

or equivalent combination of education and/or experience relating to the above tasks, knowledge, skills and abilities will be considered.
Conference Center Specialist provides both customer service, technical and audio visual assistance throughout our campus'' meeting rooms. Tasks include scheduling, setting up and tearing down room configurations (lifting and moving), responding to technical needs and problem solving. Working with many levels of internal and external customers; an ambassador.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
