Phillips66 Transportation provides strategic, timely and environmentally safe movement, delivery and storage of crude oil, refined products and natural gas liquids to refineries and the market. Transportation assets include pipelines, terminals, railcars and trucks. Transportation has approximately 26,000 miles of common-carrier crude oil, raw natural gas liquids and products pipeline systems, as well as 48 finished product terminals, 10 liquefied petroleum gas terminals, seven crude oil terminals, one coke exporting facility, and manages over 160 truck carrier companies and over 10,000 railcars.

:
This individual will be the primary environmental resource for Pipeline and Terminal operations in a region of the US. This position will be required to maintain functional expertise in most environmental disciplines and a working knowledge of federal, state, and local regulatory requirements. Travel to field locations is required.

Responsibilities may include:
Monitor, maintain and implement environmental management programs to ensure compliance in accordance with all local, regional, state, and federal regulations.
Respond to customer and external requests for environmental support.
Provide project management and implementation guidance for environmental issues.
Assist in developing strategies and implementation plans for emerging environmental issues.
Provide guidance, regulatory interpretation, and assistance with procedure development for a variety of environmental issues.
Develop and continually expand regulatory and technical expertise.
Define training objectives and develop or coordinate environmental training course content, format, and presentation methods.
Meet environmental reporting requirements for local, regional, state, federal and corporate entities.
Participate in Health Safety & Environmental (HSE) auditing efforts.
Coordinate the collection and analyzing of environmental metrics throughout the year.
Maintain good relations with various regulatory agencies.
Provide emergency response team support
Proactively support and or lead environmental initiatives that support the business.
Basic/Required:
Legally authorized to work in the United States
State-issued driver's license
Bachelor''s degree
3 or more years of direct experience with EPA regulations and environmental air, water and waste issues including Title V, NSPS, MACT, RCRA, SPCC and NPDES, and other local, regional, state and federal environmental issues
Ability to travel up to 30%
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint applications.
Preferred:
BS degree in Chemistry, Engineering or Environmental
3 or more years of direct experience with environmental management systems
Ability to effectively communicate with and positively influence operations personnel
Trained in emergency response incident command system and procedures
Self-directed (or takes initiative)
Good collaborator
