Assistant Supervisor

This job involves assisting with the supervision of retail and/or production associates and activities to ensure that production and sales goals are met, as well as assuring a high level of customer and donor service. The assistant supervisor will also help to ensure that Easter Seals-Goodwill policies and procedures are uniformly followed.

Required Skills
High School Diploma or equivalent
Sensitive to customer needs and wishes
Able to lift and carry 20-100 pounds with team lifting or mechanical assistance
Able to stand, stoop, bend, or carry for extended periods
Tolerance of extreme changes in temperature and humidity
Must be able to work flexible hours; some evenings, and weekends or longer shifts are required, may be required to work more than 40 hours per week.
