JOB
Summary:
Operates a variety of mechanical and manual servicing equipment for industrial services with PSC established methods, policies, practices and procedures and applicable regulations.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Practices safe procedures in accordance with training and guidelines when working.
Provide industrial services using appropriate techniques including handwork or manual work in accordance with established methods and applicable regulations.
Manually cleans, installs, fits, repairs valves, caps, hoses, pumps, gaskets and all other external and internal equipment on projects
Operates all necessary cleaning equipment such as high pressure pumps, in service line hydro-blasting, grit-blasting, and vacuum, in accordance with operation training and guidelines and safety procedures.
May assist in training less experienced employees
Maintains good housekeeping and cleanliness in the cleaning areas.
May greet customers (drivers) and fill work orders based on the customers' specifications, and informs shift supervisors as needed.
Completes all applicable and appropriate paperwork.
Reports complaints, rejections or safety issues to management.
Checks equipment at the start of each shift
Performs maintenance when required.
Performs other duties as required.
TRAINING:
Basic safety courses including site specific procedures
Service line equipment:
terminology
on the job training
prescribed training courses
Tool identification and usage training
Local service offerings training
All required local training
CREDENTIALS:
Compliance with MVR policy
Compliance with Drug policy
Compliance with Background checking policy
Compliance with physical requirements
Possess BASIC Safety
Possess all required I-9 documentation
Successful completion of all required, and OSHA training as a condition of employment

Experience:
0 - 2 years related experience
DEMONSTRATED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Reading ,writing and comprehending in English
Ability to conform with work hours
Perform continuous strenuous physical work in hot or cold weather
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
On Call 24/7
Hours are not guaranteed
Ability to report to work within one hour of receiving call to work.
Ability to lift 150 lbs.
