Summary:
ASSEMBLER/REMOTE MARKETSPECIALIST
This position isresponsible for providing in-store and in-home assembly of RTAFurniture and/or Bikes and Grills, merchandising
services
andinstallation services to various retail stores in the area.
Primary Job
Responsibilities:

Complete servicecalls for assigned retail stores when scheduled.

Understand andmaintain product area plan-o-gram integrity.

Replace andmaintain vendor POP as needed.

Ensure productarea is clean and well maintained, according to retailerspecifications.

Complete minorplan-o-gram changes, as required.

Maintain apositive working relationship with all store employees and customers.

After each WorkOrder, report all work performed using either Company provided device(netbook or laptop) or
computer
located within retailer and acquireretailer approval.

If needed, takedigital pictures of product area and include pictures with report.

If using Companyprovided netbook or laptop, sync device at the beginning and end ofeach work day.
Installation Job
Responsibilities:
The actual jobresponsibilities will vary for each project. The list below providesan outline of the typical duties for project work. Specific dutiesrelated to each project will be provided prior to the scheduledate.
Basic Position
Responsibilities: (When working a project alone or as a member of aproject team)

Review eachproject packet prior to arriving at the retail location to performthe work.

Participate in anyproject specific training prior to arriving at the retail location toperform the work.

Check in withstore management upon arrival and discuss work to be performed.

Locate allmaterials needed to execute the project.

Complete specificproject tasks as assigned. Such as:

Assemble andinstall fixtures and displays;

Set up andreconfigure products in accordance with plan-o-grams or schematics;and

Assist other teammembers with assigned tasks.

Discuss any issuesthat arise during project execution with store management.

Maintain apositive working relationship with all store employees and customers.

Review all workperformed and ensure that all project tasks have been completed.

Walk the completedproject with store management and obtain approval.

Report any issuesthat arise during the project to the Install Lead.
Additional Position
Responsibilities: (when working as the lead of a multi-employeeproject team)

Ensure that otherteam members arrive on time

Ensure that eachproject team member is working in an efficient and organized manner.

Assign eachproject member appropriate tasks.

Overseeing thequality of the work performed by each project member.

Supervise eachproject member's adherence to all Company policies.

Develop positiveworking relationships between all team members.

Communicate anyperformance issues of any team member promptly to your DistrictManager.

When requested,provide training of any new team members.
Requirements

Must be able to read and understandplan-o-grams.

Must be able to read and understandbasic wiring schematics and instructions.

Must be able to read and understandproduct assembly instructions.

Must complete internalcertification programs.

Must have basic carpentryskills.

Must have good computer skills,including basic MS Windows skills.

Must have good communication andcustomer service skills.

Must have good presentationskills.

Prior installation experience aplus.

Must be 18 years orolder.

Must have reliabletransportation.

Must have a valid driver-s licenseand automobile insurance.

Must have daily internetaccess.

Must have basic tools.

Must be able to work in variouspositions, including, but not limited to, stooping, standing, bendingover, sitting, kneeling and squatting for extended periods oftime.

Must be able to use hands andfingers to handle feel or operate objects, tools orcontrols.

Must be able to lift, pull and pushmaterials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds ofweight frequently throughout assigned workday.

Must be able to work in precariousor high locations and also be able to climb and descendladders.
Remote Market Specialists are paid based onproductivity. Paid training isprovided.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
