Keeping a keen eye on office supply levels and replenishing them as needed will be another essential aspect of your role, ensuring seamless operations.

Compensation:

Responsibilities:
Warmly greet clients and visitors, providing a positive and professional first impression.
Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to appropriate team members and handling basic client requests.
Maintain organized records by accurately inputting data into databases and ensuring file systems are up to date.
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
Monitor and manage office supply inventory, placing orders as needed to ensure seamless operations.
Coordinate with other departments or external vendors to facilitate smooth office operations.
Provide general administrative support to the team as needed, contributing to overall office efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications:

Candidates with a passion for real estate but limited experience are encouraged to apply, while those with previous experience in the industry are preferred.
Educational Requirement:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Customer Service
Experience:
Ideally, candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in customer service or related administrative support roles, demonstrating the ability to handle client interactions effectively.
Strong Communication and Organization:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
Additionally, candidates should possess strong organizational skills to manage various tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in Software:
