Collaborate with campus university coordinators of the partnership programs to gain broad access to students on campus.
Initiates and maintains extensive area-wide community relationships, including productive relationships with external and internal groups, to ensure long-term, continuous support of the agency.
Sources new and diverse talent via professional and community organizations, affinity groups, college campuses, career fairs, etc.
Duties will be developmental in nature when filled below the full performance level.
