Responsibilities:
Answer and direct telephone calls from the switchboard in an efficient and courteous manner and direct calls to the proper individuals or departments.
Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner, announce their arrival and ensure that guests entering the office area completely sign in and out of the visitor logbook.
Keep lobby clean and organized.
Assist in daily clerical duties, such as mail distributions, filing, ordering office supplies, making coffee, stock copier supplies, phone messages, etc.
perform additional duties and special projects as required.
This position will also provide clerical support to the HR Department.
Position Requirements:
HS Diploma or equivalent required.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Able to perform multiple tasks quickly, and accurately.
Positive, friendly and respectful attitude, calm, courteous professional demeanor.
Able to take initiative and follow through on assignments.
Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external parties to maximize performance, problem solving, and results Organized and detail oriented.
Ability to work Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm.
