Assist staff with communicating with vendors and clients, obtaining bids from subcontractors and suppliers, compiling bid packages and requests for bid bonds and insurance reviews.
Responsibilities and Duties Request bid bonds / insurance reviews Compile bid packages and prequalification packages.
Obtain bid results / send results to bonding company and our employees, obtain bid tabs Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner Execute clerical and general office duties including filing, data entry, copying, ordering office supplies, errands and other administrative tasks for special projects as requested Prepare forms such as service agreements, subcontracts, bid proposals Update and maintain the Bid List Act as a point of contact for vendors and subcontractors and solicit quotes from them for new jobs Subcontract Preparation and Billing Maintain Projects in Progress and Projects Completed Lists Update and maintain company resumes for key personnel using Canva Order Office Supplies / facilitate copier maintenance / paper refills Get Mail Errands such as FedEx drop off Update Phone List & Projects List Employee Packets Compile Manuals - Safety, Superintendent Job Type:
