Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries - Manage and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical - Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences, and events - Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms - Transcribe notes and audio recordings - Perform data entry tasks using software such as QuickBooks - Proofread documents for errors and inconsistencies - Coordinate projects and follow up on progress with team members - Act as a personal assistant to the manager or executive by handling various tasks - Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Note:
Experience as a dental receptionist or event planning is a plus but not required for this position.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
