Vice President JMS is looking to add an experienced full-time Administrative Services Manager to our growing Company.
The following are a list of requirements; You must meet all the requirements below to be considered for this position.
Summary:
The Administrative Services Manager is responsible for overall Company administrative activities, including accounting, human resources, collections, and reporting.
The Administrative Services Manager is the regional communication liaison to Corporate for applicable departmental functions.
Responsibilities:
Maintain profiles and coding in the Company's primary operating system.
Provide support to end users of Company operating system for functional questions or engage the appropriate party for assistance.
Review customer credit applications and customer appropriate master record set up in Company operating system.
Review complete invoices for accuracy and completeness.
Monitor customer billing portals and customer PO limits.
Assist corporate collections with request on aging receivables.
Request lien waivers from corporate as applicable.
Field and review labor reclassification files from branches to submit at end of month to accounting.
Review and/or correct rates or coding in utilization report when applicable.
Ensure credit card requests are complete and receipts for purchases are submitted, properly coded and approved by branch manager.
Review new vendor packets before submission to corporate accounting.
Generate open/unreceived PO report for monthly distribution to branches.
Identify preferred vendors for the region by service or item and review monthly spending by vendor to ensure utilization of optimal pricing.
Oversee direct administrative support as needed, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, booking travel, maintaining filing system, mailing and shipping packages, and updating contact database and employee list.
Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary.
Oversees the daily work activities of the office.
Performs other job duties as assigned.
Qualifications High School diploma required.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience, with working knowledge of Accounting, Human Resources, and Collections.
At least 5 years of administrative and clerical experience required.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
