In this position you will work directly with families and children with intellectual delays and developmental disabilities providing supports to access their strengths and achieve the growth they wish to see.
Your job will include plan writing, documentation, communication with clients and other agencies, and coaching.
Travel is expected as we provide services in different counties Working with STEP means working in a great environment that facilitates a healthy team atmosphere.
Your job would allow you to operate both from home and from the office.
Additionally, working at STEP allows for a flexible schedule, as our schedules are set to meet the needs of the families we serve.
