Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements.
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on vehicles, ensuring they meet manufacturer specifications.
Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles and accurately document any findings or concerns.
Utilize diagnostic equipment and computer-based systems to identify and resolve vehicle issues efficiently.
Collaborate with the service team to ensure effective communication and smooth workflow.
Keep up-to-date with automotive technology advancements and attend training sessions as required.
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as an automotive technician is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical components.
Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment.
Excellent attention to detail and time management abilities.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
