Job Type:
Full Time, 1st Shift - 7am-4pm
Qualifications:
Perform responsibilities without close supervision.
Ability to effectively communicate with contractors and management.
Meet attendance standards and the work hours necessary to perform the essential function of the job.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Monitoring and performing required inspections for various systems within the building.
Conducting inspection pf equipment within the plant.
Monitors the work of contract repair services and report concerns in expected levels of performance to the Production Manager.
Evaluates machinery, equipment, working knowledge of facility operations including electrical, gas/water and heating ventilation, air condition (HVAC) systems and related equipment.
Oversees the overall maintenance and operations of the facility, grounds and equipment maintaining a high standard of safety and efficiency.
